In most cases, you will NOT pay extra. Our service to you is complete. Certain Service Calls might incur time and/or transportation fees.

We don't claim to be a discount company. However we're sure you'll find our prices are often lower, for the same exact product. Because we're strictly a mobile service, our overhead is lower than a traditional "brick and mortar" business. Therefore we are able to offer you competitive pricing for superior quality.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU COME TO ME, AND I DON'T FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR?
Our objective is to HELP you find just the right eyewear to suit your taste and needs. YOU ONLY PAY FOR EYEWEAR YOU PURCHASE, NOT FOR EYEWEAR YOU LOOK AT! This allows us the opportunity to introduce ourselves, and for you to know you're in the hands of a caring and qualified professional.
WHAT IF, AFTER I'VE BEEN WEARING MY GLASSES FOR A FEW WEEKS, I DECIDE I DON'T LIKE THE FRAME STYLE I CHOSE?
In our mind, that means you're not satisfied with your glasses, and if you're not satisfied...we're not finished. All we ask is that the glasses are still in the same condition as when you received them. We'll be more than happy to credit your frame purchase price toward a different pair (changes or cancellations once lenses are processed can incur service charges).
DO YOU ALSO PERFORM EYE EXAMINATIONS?
Not at this time. If you don't have a paper copy of your prescription, we will contact your eye physician or optical shop in order to obtain it. We can also duplicate the prescription in your current eyeglasses. .
